LinkedIn Marketing for B2B Organizations 

We’ve been offering LinkedIn Company Page management to our B2B clients since early 2021. Since then, we’ve had the opportunity to manage LinkedIn marketing for 5 clients. We’ve worked with Starwest Botanicals, Neon One, Flavor Insights, and AIGA San Diego, and currently work with Vantage® Food to manage their LinkedIn Company Page.

We also conduct training workshops to equip in-house marketing teams to manage their Company Pages most effectively.

Our goal in managing an organization’s LinkedIn presence is to get their Company Page’s content in front of the maximum amount of people. The primary metric we look at to measure performance on LinkedIn is Impressions. Impressions are counted every time a post shows up in someone’s feed. High Impressions ultimately result in more actions such as website visits, resource downloads, and other conversion goals.

Here, we’ll show performance metrics of Company Pages we’ve managed.


Vantage® Food

We’ve been partnering with Vantage® Food to help manage their LinkedIn Company Page since July 2022.

Since partnering with their marketing team, we’ve seen the following results:

  • 82% Increase in Impressions (5,500/month before partnership to 10,000/month average in 2023)
  • 53% Increase in Post Engagement Rate (7.5% before partnership to 11.5% average in 2023)

On a monthly basis, we earn thousands of Impressions on single posts like the examples below.

Compared to roughly 1,000 other B2B LinkedIn Company Pages with similar follower counts, the Vantage Food Page consistently outperforms in terms of key benchmarks.

Neon One

We managed Neon One’s LinkedIn Company Page from November 2021 through December 2023. Here are the results we achieved:

  • 83% Increase in Website Traffic from LinkedIn organic
  • 2,800% Increase in Website Goal Completions from LinkedIn organic
  • 320% Increase in Post Clicks
  • 955% Increase in Post Comments
  • 75% Increase in Post Engagement Rate
  • Grew Followers from 1,600 to nearly 4,000
  • Averaged around 5,000 Impressions per month

On average, posts earned between 300–400 Impressions each. Some performed extremely well and earned 1,000 or more Impressions like the posts below.

Starwest Botanicals

We managed the Starwest Botanicals LinkedIn Company Page from January-December 2022. Their first venture into social media was met with enthusiasm from the Starwest team and their customers.

We generated nearly 103,000 Impressions during the course of the year, earning 8,500 per month and 700 per post on average.

Some of our top performing posts saw in the thousands of Impressions, such as the one below which accumulated more than 3,000 Impressions.


LinkedIn followers doubled, growing from 1,051 to 2,136.

Monthly engagement rates hovered between 6-10%. Their total monthly engagements surpassed those of their largest competitors (many of whom have 2x-8x as many followers as Starwest).

Flavor Insights

We managed the Flavor Insights’ LinkedIn Company Page from April–December 2021. As a result of our LinkedIn Company Page strategy and management, we had nearly 1,500 pageviews and 350 new users to their website who came from LinkedIn. Leads to their website forms were directly attributed to traffic from LinkedIn.

Impressions soared after taking over management of the Page. We generated nearly 40,000 Impressions (4,444 per month, and 600 per post on average).

Despite having less than 1,000 Page Followers, our top posts reached thousands of people on LinkedIn.

We also saw LinkedIn Page followers grow from 288 to 852 followers in those 9 months. Our average engagement rate on Page updates was 6.8%.


AIGA San Diego

We managed the AIGA San Diego LinkedIn Company Page for 2 months to provide guidance to their board.

As a result of our LinkedIn Company Page strategy and management, we had 237 pageviews and 158 new users on the two AIGA San Diego websites who came from LinkedIn.

Impressions grew significantly in the two month period. We generated more than 13,000 Impressions (590 per post on average).


The average engagement rate on Page updates during our management was 19%.
