We started partnering with Neon One’s in-house marketing team in early 2020 to provide user experience design and web development support for their marketing website. They came to us with the long-term plan to unite their house of brands under one branded house – the industry’s first-ever multi-product platform that enables social good enterprises to build sustainable revenue.
We worked throughout 2020 to implement user experience design changes to their existing website, and ultimately redeveloped their website from the ground up as part of a rebrand overhaul that launched mid-January 2021.

We had the privilege of working alongside Neon One’s extraordinarily talented in-house content marketing team and designer. We took their content and visual designs and created user experience designs and page layouts. We then developed an all new, custom website built on the WordPress platform.
Even prior to the consolidation of acquired brands on the redeveloped website, we created a robust resource hub for all of the blogs, events, ebooks, and other lead magnets the marketing team produces.
We also partnered with their skilled director of digital marketing to coordinate the development of new templates within their CRM Salesforce Pardot. These needed to match the new branding and provide a seamless user experience across all marketing channels to keep track of leads from organic and paid efforts.
From November 2022 through December 2023, we managed Neon One’s LinkedIn Company Page. We provided post content 2–3 times per week, and engagement Monday–Friday. We’re proud of the results we achieved in 14 months of management:
- 41% increase in organic traffic to their website from LinkedIn in first 9 months
- Website Goal Completions: Grew from an average of 1 to 15 per month
- Post Impressions: Grew from an average of 210 to 380 per post
- Post Engagement Rate: Grew from an average of 4.5% to 7.7%
- Followers: Grew from 1,638 to 3,887 followers
